PERSONAL – CLIENT-CENTER PRIVATE CARE MANAGER
A unique advantage for Abundant home health care clients is that each client is assigned a Private Care Manager. Your manager reports directly to you and your family. They ensure that you are receiving “client-centered” care. Your Care Manager is your direct contact if you have questions or concerns about all matters of care and safety. It has been our experience that having a Private Care Manager ensures your needs are met and your care is of the highest quality.
