On average we hire 2 out of 10 CNA & HHA applicants. To be chosen, CNAs must demonstrate extensive knowledge in caring and compassion, have a professional demeanor and presence, as well as experience working with a variety of illnesses. We verify previous employment for reliability, ability to relate and connect to clients, punctuality, strengths and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Because we believe Compassion & Empathy = Trust, all aides have passed our “ Abundance of Compassion test” (link).

Our aides are CORId, bonded and insured, have past the certifications and medical tests required by the commonwealth of Massachusetts. They average 7+ years of on-the-job experience. They are personable and professional in every way. They live locally, have a valid driver’s license, up-to-date auto insurance and have a car at their disposal.
